Phụ huynh có thể đến thăm quan trực tiếp tại trường lúc 7h30 – 17h từ thứ 2 – sáng thứ 7 hàng tuần.

• Thời gian tuyển sinh chính từ tháng 3 – tháng 8 hàng năm.
• Học sinh Mầm non có thể nhập học nhiều thời điểm trong năm.
• Đối với học sinh khối Phổ thông có thể chuyển trường 2 lần trong năm học nhưng phải theo đúng thời gian quy định của Bộ GD&ĐT.

• Mầm non: Bé đủ 12 tháng tuổi trở lên, không có khiếm khuyết về thể chất và hành vi là có thể nhập học.
• Phổ thông: Học sinh khi nhập học tại iSchool cần đáp ứng đủ các điều kiện sau:
  • Hạnh kiểm từ Khá trở lên
  • Đầy đủ học bạ (trừ lớp 1)
  • Giấy giới thiệu chuyển trường (nếu là học sinh chuyển trường)
  • Giấy hoàn thành cuối cấp học (nếu có)
  • Đủ điều kiện Tốt nghiệp Mầm non, Tiểu học, THCS
  • Hoàn thành bài Kiểm tra năng lực Tiếng Anh

Khi cha mẹ học sinh quyết định cho con học tại trường iSchool, làm thủ tục nhập học và đóng khoản phí ghi danh, nhà trường sẽ sắp xếp cho học sinh làm bài kiểm tra năng lực của bé. Lứa tuổi Mầm non các con sẽ có buổi nói chuyện với giáo viên tâm lý của trường để đánh giá về các năng khiếu, thế mạnh và sở trường của các con. Từ đó, trong quá trình học, giáo viên sẽ theo dõi và hỗ trợ các con tốt hơn trong việc phát huy năng lực bản thân.

Parents register the child at school (pay directly or by bank transfer)

• The previous school must provide: Student Receipt Certificate (stamped and signed by the Principal); Application to transfer school
• Parents fill out the Transferred Application Form; Bring the Student Acceptance Certificate and Application for Transfer to your child’s
• alma mater to withdraw the transcript
• The old school will hand over to parents: Original transcripts, Transfer recommendation letter, Printed transcript (with the school’s stamp).
• Admission documents include:
  • Original transcripts
  • Letter of recommendation for transferring schools
  • Paper-printed transcripts (in case students transfer schools during the year)
  • Application for admission (school form)
  • Registration form for transportation (school form if students register)
  • Registration form for information of the person to be picked up and dropped off (school form)

• Children can participate in field trips outside such as charity centers, fruit and vegetable gardens, zoos, local historical sites, eco-tourism.
• The teacher will assign students to report and present after that trip, helping them to explore while learning.

At the end of each day is the extra-curricular time, students will be able to join the school’s clubs:

• Talent Club: sing, modern aerobics dance, drawing, drama, …
• Sports club: Football, yoga, swimming, …

For semi-boarding, the school picks up students in the morning at 6:30 and ends at 16:30. Students will have 3 meals at school: breakfast, lunch and snack.

• iSchool enrolls day-boarding students, parents should encourage their children to have lunch at school.
• In the case of special care, the school will consider a separate diet for the student.

• From Monday to Saturday, depending on each campus. In the morning, the school picks up students at 6:30, the class ends at 4:30 pm every day.

• Morning exercise and having breakfast from 7am to 8am.
• Lunch at 10 am, sleep from 11 am to 2 pm for students, depending on students’ age. 
• Snacks at 2:30.

• Parents can pay an annual fee with a 5% discount, or pay 4 times a year
• Each school year lasts 10 months, divided into 2 semesters. Each semester is divided into 2 modules that lasts 2.5 months each. Thus, there are 4 times of fee collection in 1 year.
